SAFETY

At Gerardi Construction, Inc., SAFETY is our 1st priority. By keeping our employees and subcontractors working safely, we can maintain the efficiency of the work which provides our clients with on-time and under budget projects. We pride ourselves with our safety record; we conduct weekly safety meetings and review any crucial OSHA regulations that are related to the work we are performing. We also perform unannounced 3rd party OSHA audits on all of our projects and hold our supervisors and subcontractors accountable for any OSHA violations. Each audit is recorded and we maintain files for each supervisor and subcontractor. At Gerardi Construction, Inc., we take safety very seriously because in construction, our most important assets are the people building our projects.
